I ordered a print as a gift for my aunt, and she was genuinely happy with it, so that part was great. But am I missing something with the shipping? It took longer than I expected, and the packaging was just kind of okay, not bad, just not as nice as I hoped for a gift. Overall, it’s still a cute idea for gifting, just not totally perfect

I expected the checkout process to be quick and straightforward, but it ended up being a mess. The page kept freezing, and then my card got declined twice even though there was no issue on my end. After a while, I just gave up because it wasn’t worth the hassle.

I ordered a print from blackartdepot.com the quality is really good. The colors are close to what I saw online, and the paper feels nice and sturdy, not flimsy or cheap at all.
It was packaged well too, which I appreciated because I was a little nervous about it getting damaged in shipping. Thankfully, there were no bent corners or dents in the print itself, so that part was a relief.

The only thing that bothered me was a small mark on the frame. It’s not super obvious, but it’s still there, and for something new, I expected it to arrive without that kind of flaw. Overall I do like it, but I’m hoping they’ll offer some kind of small refund or credit to make up for the frame issue

I had a good experience with Black Art Depot. i was relieved when the tracking info came through quickly because I hate that anxious feeling of not knowing where an order is. The package showed up in good shape and right around when I expected it. It was just nice not having to wonder or send a bunch of emails to check on things. I’d definitely order from them again

They did get back to me eventually, but the wait was longer than I expected. It felt like a preventable delay if they had been a bit more on top of replies

I was really hoping there’d be more variety in the artwork. There were definitely some nice pieces, but after a while my brain kind of went, “okay, I’ve seen this style already,” because a lot of it felt similar. I was looking for something that would stand out right away, and nothing quite clicked, so I ended up leaving without buying anything

I do like a lot of the artwork on Black Art Depot, honestly. Like, there are some really nice pieces on there and I get why people shop there. But once I actually ordered, the price felt a little high for what I ended up getting, and then shipping kind of pushed it into “hmm, was this worth it?” territory for me.

I went in hoping to grab a few things, but pretty much everything I wanted was out of stock. Maybe I just came at a bad time, or maybe they’re not restocking fast enough, but it was frustrating leaving with nothing.

The print itself was actually nice, but the frame was a letdown. the corners didn’t really line up right and I noticed little marks on the glass as soon as I opened it. For the price, I was expecting better. It just looked kind of cheap in person.

The coupon worked fine and knocked off around a few bucks, maybe like 10% or so. Shipping was still kind of high, probably close to $8 or $9, but overall it was still a decent deal.

The shirt runs way too small. I’m usually consistent with my size, but this fit like it was a whole size or two off. What’s frustrating is it’s not really clear if this is on the brand, the seller, or whoever listed the sizing info, so it feels like no one is actually taking responsibility for the bad fit.
